Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Orelia LLC covering the Chroma Strike mobile game and this website (together, "the game"). By installing or playing, you accept them. They are deliberately short; the plain-English meaning is the intended one.
1. The game is entertainment
Chroma Strike is an entertainment product. It is provided free of charge, supported by optional ads and optional in-app purchases. We may update, change, or discontinue features (or the game itself) at any time.
2. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game on devices you own, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the game, or use cheats, bots, or exploits.
3. Virtual items
- Coins, stars, knives, trails, hit effects, and every other in-game item are virtual items. They have no monetary value, are not property, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game.
- Virtual items are non-transferable — between players, accounts, or devices.
- Your progress is stored on your device. We keep no copy of it and cannot restore it if it is lost — for example when the game is deleted or the device fails. See the FAQ.
4. Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by the platform store you installed the game from (for example, Google Play). Prices are shown in the store before you buy. The platform's refund policy applies — refund requests go through the store, not to us, because we never receive your payment. The "Remove Ads" purchase permanently disables interstitial ads on that store account; optional rewarded ads remain available. Use "Restore purchases" in Settings to re-apply non-consumable purchases after a reinstall.
5. Ads
The free game shows occasional interstitial ads and offers optional rewarded ads. Advertising is served by Google AdMob; how ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orelia LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data (including saved progress) or virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us through the game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects statutory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
8. Termination
You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate the license of anyone who breaches these terms (for example, by cheating or tampering).
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
