Delete your data
Chroma Strike has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Your progress lives on your phone, and you can erase it yourself in a few seconds. This page shows how, how to ask us to delete data, and what happens to data that was already collected.
How to delete your data
- Erase the game's data on your phone. Open Android's Settings → Apps → Chroma Strike → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the game. This takes effect at once.
- Delete your advertising ID. Open Android's Settings → Privacy → Ads (the wording varies by device) and choose Delete advertising ID.
- Ask us. Email dardan@orelia.io with the subject "Chroma Strike — delete my data". You do not have to give your name or a reason. We answer within 30 days.

What we can and cannot do when you ask
We hold no name, email address or account for players. The analytics and crash data is filed under random identifiers created on your phone, and the game does not show them to you, so in most cases we cannot tell which records are yours. When you write to us we will say so plainly, confirm the steps above, and delete everything we are able to identify as yours.
Steps 1 and 2 always work, without waiting for us: they cut the connection between your phone and everything collected so far, and the remaining records are deleted on the schedule in the table.
Android backup
If backup is switched on for your Google account, Android may keep a copy of the game's save in your phone's backup and restore it when you reinstall. That copy is in your Google account, not with us. To remove it, turn off backup for the device or delete the device's backup in your Google account.
